Our own anesthesiology service reinforces Symmetrica's reputation as a reliable medical institution because:

• the Center has the necessary material and technical base (source of oxygen supply, defibrillator, cardiac monitor, infusomate, the most modern licensed drugs for sedation, drugs for emergency care);
• a mandatory requirement for sedation is the need for preliminary laboratory and instrumental examinations, the spectrum of which is determined by the anesthesiologist (blood test, ECG, etc.)
• the patient always receives clear recommendations for preoperative preparation;
• anesthesiologist collects anamnesis and communicates with the patient, fills out the documentation specified by the Ministry of Health;

The three-level instrument sterilization system at Symmetrica is used to provide the maximum level of infectious safety for patients and staff.

The main components of this system include:

• Pre-sterilization cleaning (the so-called “cold phase” of sterilization): involves removing organic contaminants (blood, saliva, tissue residues, etc.) from instruments and soaking them in Korzoleks solution (Germany) for 60 min. under the influence of ultrasound. After that, the tools are packed in disposable kraft bags that retain sterility for a week.
• Sterilization of instruments (so-called “hot phase”): instruments in kraft bags are placed in Tecno-Gaz autoclaves (Italy) and sterilized at a temperature of +134 C with alternating vacuum and pressure increase up to 3 atmospheres.
• Tip sterilization: The Center uses the unique DAC Universal system (Germany), which, by creating excess pressure inside at the same time with a high temperature regime (up to +140 C), ensures the sterility of the internal tip system.
• Storage of sterile instruments in lockers under ultraviolet irradiation.

Each zone of the Sterilization Center is equipped with a light marking system: red light is used to indicate the zone where the “cold phase” of sterilization takes place, orange light is the area where the tools are packed, green light is the zone where the “hot phase” takes place sterilization.

Patients can observe the process of processing instruments through transparent wall sterilization partitions.

In our Center using modern techniques All-on-4 or All-on-6, you can restore all teeth in 25 hours. These methods involve the installation of 4 or 6 implants in the jaw, on which a non-removable prosthesis is fixed.

During orthodontic treatment, the muscles of the face are in constant tension. Since exposure to low-intensity microcurrents has a relaxing effect, microcurrent therapy helps balance the chewing load, improves the coordination of the facial muscles and speeds up the dynamics of orthodontic treatment.

Dental implantation using navigation templates is a good practice in dentistry that combines accuracy, safety and comfort for the patient. The navigation template is made with an accuracy of a millimeter and has special pointers that help the doctor during surgery to accurately determine the place where the implant is installed.

Using the navigation template:

• minimizes trauma to soft tissues and nerve structures surrounding the implant;
• reduces the risk of many possible complications that may occur during surgery;
• significantly reduces the time of surgery.

Dental treatment of children aged 0-18 years takes place in the children's dental center “Akvarel”, which is an integral part of Symmetrica Medical Group. All efforts of the team of pediatric dentists are aimed at growing a healthy nation in “Watercolor” from a young age: from an early age to develop proper dental care skills in children, to accustom them to regular preventive examinations, to cultivate an understanding of the interrelation of the health of the whole organism with the health of the oral cavity.
